Westlake is a 400-acre master-planned business park developed by McDonald in the heart of the Fulton Industrial district at Fulton Industrial Boulevard and Camp Creek Parkway. The park offers excellent connectivity to I-20 West, I-285, I-85 South, and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Westlake currently includes approximately 2.5 million square feet of single and multi-tenant industrial space. Between 1988 and 2025, McDonald built, leased, managed, and successfully sold numerous buildings within the park.
McDonald continues to own select sites within Westlake, which are available for build-to-suit for lease or sale. The Westlake 425 site is a 32-acre parcel located on Westlake Parkway near Camp Creek Parkway. McDonald is planning a 145,600 square foot front-load building with up to 66 trailer parking spots on site. The Westlake 500 site is a 13.68-acre parcel located on the corner of Westlake Parkway and Camp Creek Parkway. McDonald is planning a 182,000 square foot rear-load building with trailer parking on the site.
