Westport is a 249-acre master-planned park being developed by McDonald in Suffolk, Virginia to serve the container terminals of the Port of Virginia. The park is located at the intersection of Manning Bridge Road and US-58, with access to the Port of Virginia via US-58, I-64, I-264, and I-664, and with direct access to I-95 to reach the markets of the East Coast. Warehouse distribution buildings ranging in size from 115,000 square feet up to 1.33 million square feet are planned in the park, which at completion will contain over 2 million square feet of industrial space and 150,000 square feet of retail space along US-58. Sites are available for sale or build-to-suit for lease or sale.
