Peachtree North is a 51-acre business park developed by McDonald located in Suwanee, Georgia, a Northwest suburb of Atlanta, with nearby access to and frontage on I-85 providing convenient access to the Atlanta area and its extensive interstate system including I-285, I-75 and I-20. McDonald constructed the four industrial buildings in 1997 and 1998. The park includes one front-load building and three rear-load buildings totaling 708,370 square feet. The buildings were sold in 2014.
