Lee Vista Business Center

Lee Vista Business Center is McDonald’s 80.83-acre master-planned business park located in Lee Vista, a 1,900 acre mixed use development in Orlando, Florida, directly across from the Orlando International Airport. The park offers nearby access to the Beachline Expressway, connecting I-75, I-95, I-4, Florida’s Turnpike, and the 417/Central Florida Greeneway. McDonald completed Phase I in 2009 containing two rear-load, distribution buildings (Buildings D and E) totaling 333,300 square feet. McDonald completed Phase II in 2015 containing one rear-load, 145,800 square foot, distribution building (Building F).  The Phase I and II buildings were sold in 2016.  Phase III, a 159,884 square foot, rear-load distribution building (Building G) was completed in 2018 and sold in 2019. Phase III also included extension of Emerald Dunes Drive, connecting Lee Vista Boulevard to Hazeltine National Drive.  Land is available in the park for an additional 294,400 square feet of Class A office and warehouse distribution facilities.
