450 Gills Drive is an 86,240 square foot, front-load, rail-served, distribution building, located in Orlando, Florida in the Crossroads Business Center, near the intersection of the Beachline Expressway, Florida’s Turnpike and US Highway 441. McDonald purchased the last undeveloped parcel in Crossroads Business Center in 2014, construction of the building was completed in 2016, and the building was sold by McDonald in 2017.
