Georgia Commerce Center I is a master-planned park developed by McDonald on Brampton Road directly across from Gate 3 of the Garden City Container Terminal, the main container terminal at the Port of Savannah, with convenient access to the interstate systems via I-516 immediately south of the park. The park contains two Class A warehouse distribution buildings totaling 518,900 square feet, with rail service provided by Norfolk Southern to Building 100. McDonald sold the park in 2021.
