Georgia Commerce Center II is an 84-acre park developed by McDonald on Telfair Road in Savannah, Georgia. The park is located approximately three miles from Gate 3 of the Garden City Container Terminal, the main container terminal of the Port of Savannah, with direct access to I-16 and I-95 via I-516. In 2007, McDonald constructed two Class A warehouse distribution buildings totaling 711,473 square feet, rail-served by CSX and Norfolk Southern. The buildings were sold in 2016 and the remaining acreage sold in 2019.
