BTS Opportunity Phase II

301 Business Center is McDonald’s 68.84-acre master-planned park being developed in Tampa, west of I-75 between SR 574 and SR 60, approximately 2.5 miles from I-4.  At full build out, the park will contain one cross-dock, one front-load, and two rear-load distribution buildings totaling 866,878 square feet. The Class A buildings include flexible tenant configurations, floor to ceiling storefront windows in the office areas, ESFR sprinklers, and high ceiling heights. Buildings 100, 200 and 300 are being developed in Phase I, and Building 400 is planned for Phase II.
