Westport is a 249-acre master-planned industrial park under development by McDonald in Suffolk, Virginia, strategically positioned to serve the container terminals of the Port of Virginia. Located at the intersection of Manning Bridge Road and US-58, the park offers direct access via US-58 to I-64, I-264, I-664, and I-95, enabling efficient distribution throughout the East Coast. Planned development includes warehouse distribution buildings ranging from 115,000 square feet to 1.33 million square feet. At full build-out, Westport will feature more than 2 million square feet of industrial space and 150,000 square feet of retail space along the US-58 frontage.
